Open a case, make a decision, then review the reasoning.

  • Emergency scenarios: practise decisions as a case evolves.
  • ECG and POCUS: review patterns and test your understanding.
  • Feedback and tools: use the debrief, pathways and calculators to guide revision.

Choose your role — doctor, nurse, medic or student — and practise cases set in hospital, prehospital, aeromedical, offshore and maritime care.

Read the video description

A 27-second silent tour of three separate app features, using real screens recorded in July and August 2026.

  1. 0–7 s, “Step into an emergency.” A major-haemorrhage simulation: the patient monitor changes as the case information is scrolled.
  2. 7–13 s, “Read the trace. Spot the pattern.” An ECG library entry shows a rhythm example, annotations and learning points.
  3. 13–22 s, “Choose a view. Check your reasoning.” An eFAST exercise shows a probe choice and feedback, then a window choice and confirmation (slowed to make it easier to follow).
  4. 22–27 s, “Build your clinical skills.” Simulations, ECG and POCUS. Free to start on iOS and Android.

Educational simulation, not accredited training. The video does not show a completed treatment sequence or a patient outcome.

Free to start. Pro: $4.99/month or $39.99/year. US reference prices; your store shows the local price.
