How it works
Every session follows the same three moves
- Enter a scenario. Pick the setting — ship’s clinic, ambulance, aircraft cabin, offshore sickbay — and a patient presents with only what that place would hand you.
- Decide with limited information. Assess, investigate and treat while the vitals move, using the drugs, monitoring and hands you actually have.
- Review the debrief and practise again. Each case closes with the reasoning laid out: what a decision cost, what current guidance says, and what to try next time.

Does it work without a signal?
Yes, after setup. The case library, clinical pathways, ECG material and calculators are stored on the handset during the first download and keep working with no connection. Installing, subscribing, restoring a purchase and updates need internet access.
What do I get for free?
One complete introductory case plus sample ECG and POCUS training, with no card and no trial clock. Pro adds the full library at $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year.
Who is it designed for?
Doctors, nurses, paramedics, medics and students working where definitive care is hours away: ships, offshore installations, aircraft, ambulances and remote clinics.
Is this accredited training or patient-care software?
Neither. It is educational simulation and reference material written and reviewed by a practising emergency physician. It does not certify or license anyone, the ACLS and PALS content is decision practice rather than accredited provider training, and nothing here replaces local protocols, telemedical advice or clinical judgement. It stores no patient-identifiable information.
